It is located almost in the center of Jinnan village. Its history is unknown. The principal image, Amida Buddha, is made of single wood block, finished with polychrome, which is estimated to have been made in the early Muromachi period. Jizo Bodhisattva statue of the early Muromachi period which used to be the principal image of Mitsumuro-do hall adjacent to the Jinnan Yunen-ji temple is enshrined there together with Sho-Kannon Bodhisattva statue, both of which are national important cultural properties
