SPOT｜HOURYUJI NARA IKARUGA

Mt. Mimuro

This tutelary Shinto Shrine is dedicated to the wind god and goddess guarding Horyuji Temple. It is said to be the place of origin of the Kongo style, one of the schools of Nogaku theater (Noh-play), which is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Basic Infomation

Access: ・ 20 minutes on foot from JR Oji Station on the front line of Horyuji, or on National Highway Yokota or sharp Mae Line bus ride, Tatsuta Ohashi or Mitsuguchi Yamashita,
, Kintetsu Tsutsui station Oji Station bus ride, Ryuta Ohashi or Sanuro Yamashita get off

Car (with or without parking area): Ryuta Park Management Office parking (free and use from 9:00 to 17:00)
Large 2 cars, 23 ordinary cars can be parked
